Between 2026 and 2035, 172 reactor units enter service worldwide, shown as one symbol per site with area proportional to the units at that site. Attributed to the reactor vendor's home country, Chinese vendors account for 86 and Russian vendors 38 - 124 of the 172, or 72 per cent. The United States accounts for 22, India 15, South Korea 5, France 2, Japan 1 and other vendors 3. Rosatom builds 31 of its 38 units outside Russia; Chinese vendors build almost all of theirs at home. Thirty-six of the 172 are forecast rather than firm. By reactor design the largest family is Hualong One at 44 units, then the VVER family at 35, CAP1000/1400 at 22, PHWR-700 at 15, and all other designs at 56.
